Creative + engineering studio

We build the product, then we make people care.

Web apps, mobile apps, AI automations and the internal tools that actually run a business — designed, shipped and marketed by one team. No handoffs, no agency telephone game.

What we do

Three halves of the same job.

Most companies hire a dev shop, then a marketing agency, then a designer, and spend the year translating between them. We do all three, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.

Selected work

Things we shipped, and what they did.

Every project here launched. The numbers are the client's, not ours.

No case studies yet. Add an entry to lib/case-studies.ts and it appears here, gets its own page, and enters the sitemap.

Clients

What people say after the invoice.

Not during the pitch, when everyone is enthusiastic. After — when the thing has been live for a while and they know whether it worked.

We ran the entire export business out of one spreadsheet that only my brother understood. They spent a week just sitting with our dispatch team before writing anything. What we got back matched how we actually work, not how software thinks we should.

Three agencies before this posted festival greetings and called it social media. These people actually understood what our customers look at before buying gold. First month we got walk-ins who mentioned a reel by name.
Snehal DeshpandeDirector · Deshpande JewellersNashik, Maharashtra
The scope document was the most useful thing anyone has given us. It said in writing what they would not build, which is how we found out the last agency had been quietly padding our estimate for months.
Rahul MenonCo-founder · TenderloopBengaluru, Karnataka
Two people spent their whole day copying order details from email into our system. Now it happens on its own and they check the exceptions. Nobody lost a job, they just stopped doing the boring half of it.
Vaishnavi PatilOperations Head · Sahyadri FoodsKolhapur, Maharashtra
Our old agency sent a report every month full of impressions going up while the phone stayed quiet. These reports have one number on top: how many people actually enquired. That change alone told us where the money was going.
Ayesha QureshiMarketing Lead · Nurture ClinicsHyderabad, Telangana
I am not a technical person and I was tired of being spoken to like I should be. Every week there was a link I could open and see the thing getting built. That is the first time a software project has not made me anxious.
Mandar JoshiManaging Partner · Joshi & Sons TextilesNagpur, Maharashtra
They talked me out of a native app on the first call and built a mobile web version for a third of the budget. An agency that argues you down from a bigger invoice is not something I had encountered before.
Karan MalhotraFounder · FitloopNew Delhi
The guidelines are the part I did not expect to care about. They are specific enough that my intern can make a post and it still looks like us. Our old brand book was thirty pages of nothing you could actually apply.
Priya SawantBrand Manager · Konkan Coast SeafoodMumbai, Maharashtra
We were quoted an amount for SAP customisation that would have paid for two more machines. This does exactly what we needed, runs on our own server, and there is no licence renewal waiting for us every year.
Jigar ShahDirector · Shah PolymersAhmedabad, Gujarat
Our users are farmers who are not comfortable with apps. They designed the empty states and error screens, not just the pretty ones, and that is where the whole thing was falling apart before.
Rohan JadhavFounder · Krishi SetuKolhapur, Maharashtra
They refused to touch the ad budget for two weeks until the tracking was fixed. Turned out we had been optimising toward an event that fired twice on every page. Everything we thought we knew was wrong.
Meera IyerHead of Growth · PaperkiteChennai, Tamil Nadu
We could not explain our own product in one sentence. They asked uncomfortable questions for two hours and then wrote the sentence. We use it in every pitch now.
Nikhil ReddyCo-founder · StackfernHyderabad, Telangana
Fifty posts in and everything still looks like it came from the same place. With the freelancers we used before, month three never matched month one and I could not explain why it bothered me so much.
Aarti GaikwadProprietor · Gaikwad InteriorsPune, Maharashtra
They told me on the first call that our head keyword was not worth chasing and we should go after the long specific searches instead. Six months later we are on page one for things our competitors have not even thought of.

How it works

Five steps, no mystery.

The reason projects go sideways is almost never the code. It's an unclear scope and a slow feedback loop. This is how we remove both.

  1. 01Call

    45 minutes

You tell us what's broken or what you want to exist. We tell you straight whether we're the right shop for it, and roughly what it costs. No deck.

  2. 02Scope

    3–5 days

A written scope with a fixed price, a delivery date, and what is explicitly not included. If we can't scope it confidently, we say so instead of padding the estimate.

  3. 03Build

    2–10 weeks

Weekly demos on a real staging URL, not screenshots. You can see progress any day of the week without asking for a status update.

  4. 04Launch

    1 week

Analytics, search console, tracking and the marketing assets go live with the product — not three weeks later when someone remembers.

  5. 05Grow

    Ongoing

SEO, content, ads and social on a monthly retainer, reported against the one number you actually care about. Cancel any month.

Questions

The things people ask on the first call.

Answered here so you don't have to sit through a call to find out whether we're in your budget.

Tell us what you're building.

One call, 45 minutes, no deck. You'll leave knowing what it costs and how long it takes — even if you decide to build it somewhere else.
